How do I ask a question?

How do I take care of your treasure?

  • Please keep all products in a dry environment

  • You can put it in a well lit room just please keep it out of direct sunlight

  • All dried specimens should “live” on for ever if you are in an environment where mites or tiny bugs may be an issue you can attach a small moth ball on the bottom or back of the frame

  • If you purchased a lamp with exchangeable light bulb please ensure to only use LED and dimmable bulbs. You do not want to generate heat in your lamp. You should also have the option of dimming the bulb to get the best experience out of your beauties.

  • Do not leave any lamp unattended

  • Last but not least these are creatures of nature and as all creature - like you and me - small imperfection may accure.


Where do all the specimens come from?

All specimens are ethically sourced from conservatories, breeder or found #voltureculture and died of natural causes. That applies to all natural parts of all artists items at the Collective. Everyone that knows us supports our passion and is always on the look out.


Do you ship?

Yes we do ship. We also offer curbside pick up and local delivery for any purchase of $50 and up. Unfortunately glass domes are currently unavailable for shipping due to the carelessness of the carriers. (Hope to find a solution soon)
